Hall Asset Management is a Milwaukee-focused property management company built by an active investor-operator. We manage a portfolio of local single-family rentals, duplexes, and small multifamily properties in 53202 and 53211, including our own holdings.

Because we sit on the owner side of the table as well, our decisions are grounded in cash flow, long-term value, and resident quality — not just filling units as quickly as possible.

We only take on a limited number of clients at a time so we can provide the responsiveness and attention to detail we would expect for our own portfolio.
